Let's Get Started
You hopefully will see that I like to get to the bottom line first and then explain how I came to that conclusion.

I have a friend that received tapes from a pastor’s sermon every week for 3 years. One day I asked her, “Are you a Christian?” She replied, “I think so.” She had been listening 3 years all that time and not once did she hear the message of salvation. It’s hard to believe that the pastor never brought it up in his sermons while preaching from the book of John.

I happen to have a Christian tract with me so I gave it to her. She went into her office and came back out about 10 minutes later and said " So that's what you have to do to get saved.” I asked her if she asked God to save her. She replied that she would have to ask her husband first. I told her that she needed to get it straight with God first and then we can talk to her husband. She agreed and after I left the room, she prayed surrendering her life to Christ.

From that day on, I realized that the term spiritual warfare was for real and that Satan would let someone get so close to the truth but not allow them to find the best part…

Grace, the free gift from God

Ok so here is the answer on how you get saved.

The bible clearly states what the Gospel of Salvation is.

Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, “This is The Gospel that I preached to you, which you have also received and in which you stand, BY which you are SAVED. If you keep in memory what I preached to you unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you that which I also received how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures and that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.”

Now you may say I believe that, but the question is do you really? Are you believing in vain (like saying ok if you say so Paul)? Paul through all of his writings makes it clear what these verses mean and warns us that if we ADD to the message of the gospel of Salvation, we nullify grace (the free gift from God) Now you see where I got the word Delete from. Nullify didn't have a picture of a computer button. Let's move on.

To clarify some things after hearing some responses to the site, I changed the button picture. I'm not saying if you add to salvation (meaning: you’re already saved) that you delete salvation.

What I'm saying is that if you approach God and tell Him that you did something that you think merits your salvation, then what Paul is saying is you nullify (delete) grace, (as if grace is not enough).

Easy way to remember GRACE “Gods Riches at Christ Expense.”

What you’re telling God is that Jesus didn't do enough. You’re saying, look God, look at what I did also. Paul's warning is not to add to the finished work of the cross.

Galatians 5:4 “Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law: you have fallen from grace.” (Nullify), (Delete)

Paul says in Galatians 5:3 If you think you are justified by following the law, then you become a debtor to do the whole Mosaic law. In other words, don't break any of the 613 laws the Jews believed they were able to keep.

Paul's concern in Galatians is straightforward. He says in Galatians 1:6-7 “I marvel that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto a different gospel:

which is not another but there be some that trouble you and would pervert the GOSPEL OF CHRIST

Galatians 1:8 “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we (Paul and Barnabas) have preached unto you, let him be accursed.” (anathema, meaning come to destruction)

.
Paul's concern was that others who called themselves Christians were telling the Gentile Galatians that they needed to be circumcised and follow the laws of Moses or they could not be saved. Those others were Judaizers, believing Jews, believing that Jesus was Messiah. These Jews were very legalistic. They also went to the Temple everyday keeping, adhering to the laws of Moses.

This is what you need to believe in order to get saved: That Jesus died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried, and rose from the dead, on the third day according to the Scriptures. Paul said it, not me, read 1Corinthians 15:1-4

What I want you to see is that the Galatians’ battle was that circumcision was being added to the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. Today things like speaking in tongues, water baptism, laying on of hands, good works and more (that we will talk about), cause you to NOT see the gospel that Jesus gave Paul.

Paul makes it perfectly clear that Jesus gave him the gospel of Grace. Galatians 1:11-12. says,” But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, nor was I taught it, but it came by the revelation of Jesus Christ.”

Jesus told this to Ananias about Paul in Acts 9:15. “But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way Ananias for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel.”

Jesus picked Paul for this message. By the way if you’re not a Jew you are a Gentile.

Do you know Him? OR Do you Know about Him? If you know Him, God has given you the gift of Faith to believe the finished work of the cross. If you know about Him, you are like everyone else that heard about the historical events of Jesus’ life but don't believe it or have changed the facts to fit your particular belief system.
Ask God to give you the FAITH to believe on what Jesus did on the cross…that He suffered, died, was buried and rose from the dead. Believing this is what's necessary to be saved.
JESUS PLUS NOTHING

I'm trying to get to the bottom line of what salvation is. I'm figuring by now you almost read enough. Please hang on a little longer.

Christians don't save people God does. Christians just tell others about Jesus and then God, who knows all things and who is not MOCKED, decides who He will and when He will save, by illuminating your mind to see and understand that Jesus is everything. PERIOD!

Paul says to the Corinthians, 2 Cor.4:3-4 “But if our gospel be hidden, it is hidden to them that are lost, in whom the god of this world (Satan) has blinded the minds of them that believe not.”

1 Cor 1:18 Paul writes, “For the preaching of the cross is to them that PERISH foolishness; but unto us who are SAVED it is the power of God.”

The Corinthians were very carnal (worldly, fleshly) like today. They would hear what Paul was saying but their logic or whatever their hang ups were would not allow them to believe. They were just learning as baby Christians.

Hebrew 11:6 says,” But without FAITH it is impossible to please Him for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him”.

Ephesians 2:8-9 says “For by GRACE are you SAVED through FAITH, and that not of yourselves; it is the GIFTof God, NOT as a result of works that any man should boast.”

Faith is a gift. You don't get it by good works. No one can boast before God how they got to heaven.

So now I want you to think about this. Are you adding something to the finished work of the cross and what Jesus did for all mankind? That's right He died for all sin for all time.

Hebrews 10:11-12 says “And every priest stands daily ministering and offering often times the same sacrifices that can never take away sin. But this man after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever sat down at the right hand of God”

He offers now to anyone who would ask him, SALVATION. Ask God for the gift of Faith to believe what Jesus did for you. Get saved already. It’s' a free gift.

Romans 3:20 says “Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall be NO flesh justified in His sight, for by the Law is the knowledge of sin.”

The Jews were given the Law to show them how far away from God they were, not to show how good they were. They were given a sacrificial system to relieve them of their guilt for not being able to follow all 613 laws. The Law provided them to sacrifice an animal to relieve them from their guilt.

They were to look forward to the One who would help them out of the sin dilemma… The Christ, Messiah, The Chosen One.

Only the blood of Jesus gets you to heaven. He’s the once and for all time sacrifice. If you don't believe that, well that's why this website is being made.

Only the Faith that will illuminate you to understand that the blood of Jesus is EVERYTHING, that is the Faith that you want, the Faith in Jesus plus no one else, that's the Faith that gets you to heaven.

Now you may say Ok, I believe Jesus shed his blood for my sin(s). Now I ask, do you believe He rose from the dead?

1 Cor 15:17 Paul says, “And if Christ be not raised, your faith is in vain; and you are yet in your sins.”

The resurrection is equally important to believe. It's one way we can identify with other believers who all trust the blood of Christ that was shed on our behalf and believe He rose from the dead. So, if you believe that His blood was shed for you but He really didn't rise from the dead, well if that’s what you believe you still don't have the saving faith gift from God. Don't get mad at the messenger I'm telling you what the Bible says.

The devil will let you get really close to the truth, but will always change something in the religion you believe in, so that you will not say or think that you can trust that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and that he rose from the dead.
Some people might say that he didn't really die, that someone stole the body or that he didn't rise in the flesh only as a spirit. Others will say that you better not miss church, you better be good and not sin or at least make sure your sins are forgiven by some method of religion by man before you die.

We know by the scriptures that one day we will be forever with Him in heaven.
1 John 5:13 states, “These things have I written unto you that BELIEVE ON, (not in) the name of the Son of God; that you may KNOW that you have eternal life.” Most people believe in Jesus, but don't believe on what he came to do for mankind. He died for our sins.

You can see from Scripture that we can know we will go to heaven. It's not just hoping; its knowing. It's not hoping that you did everything right; it’s coming to the understanding that God did everything right for us. The question is do you believe it?

Paul says in Ephesians 1:13 “In Him you also trusted after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also after you believed you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.” Verse 14 says you became God’s possession.

You can't lose salvation. You have it or you don't. If you think you can lose it then you must be believing you can do something to get it back. That means you think some ritual or some work of depraved man is better than the finished work of Jesus.

I am hoping to make it as clear as I can, that as fallen & depraved humans, we just can't get it out of our minds that we have to appease God somehow. We think we have to do something plus what Jesus did and that we can't make it to heaven unless we add our works to please God.

Look how Paul puts it.
Gal. 2:21says” I do not set aside the grace (gift) of God; for if righteousness comes by the law, then Christ died in vain.”

Paul says he trusts the grace gift of God, by faith. He says that if all I have to do is to be good, then Christ’s death was needless.

Another way to say this is, if I could just be good and follow the law why did Jesus die the way he did, beaten and nailed to a cross?

Why didn't Jesus just live a good old life 90-100 years old and be an example for us to follow?

Paul says, if you think you can become right before God by being good than Christ’s death is of no value.

And that's exactly what the enemies of God want you to believe. That Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection…that His BLOOD is of no value to you. The enemy actually wants you to believe that this whole thing is foolishness, not logical and that there is no God. Or believe in God just don’t believe that Jesus paid the price for your sins.
Are you beginning to see things more clearly?

Ask God to give you the faith to trust Jesus’ sacrifice ONLY. (Jesus plus nothing)

People have said to me that they asked Jesus to come into their life when they were young or old and to forgive them of all their sins. That's good that you know you are a sinner. Rom 3:10 says “As it is written There is none righteous, no, not one.” Rom 3:23 says “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God “

The best you can do is REPENT and admit to God that you are a sinner. It doesn’t matter what the sin is, just Confess them to Him. He will forgive you.

1st John 1:10 says “If we say that we have not sinned, we make God a liar and his word is not in us”

.
Then, when I asked them, do you trust that Jesus died and rose again, they say well that's what the bible says (believing in vain). So, I ask them if they believe it. Some respond that they believe on His sacrifice only, but others say that they don’t. They say that it is kind of weird to think that someone's blood could remove their sin. Others can’t believe that someone could rise from the dead.

Well, I would say to that person that you don't have salvation yet and it's that you are biblically illiterate of the writings of Paul in Scripture. The word illiterate just means you don’t know yet, not an idiot. And some people don’t care to know to their destruction.

Peter acknowledged Paul’s Epistles this way. 2 Pet:3 16 says” As in all his epistles that they that are unlearned and unstable wrestle and twist as they do other scripture unto their own destruction.”

Peter acknowledges the wisdom given to Paul and states that if you don’t want to believe Paul basically that’s on you. To your own destruction.

Remember Hebrews 11:6b” that God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

I do the things I do in gratitude of what Jesus has given me. I don't do what I do looking for a reward. I have come to realize I have everything in Christ. When I walk with Him, I have victory over the areas of my life that are the work in progress. When I don't walk with him, my flesh can win the battle. It's my choice every day. But I know He is with me to the end.

I know that my sins are forgiven because Jesus died for them and I trust Him only. When you come to this understanding you will realize why Christians keep telling people about Jesus.

You are set free from the way the world sees God and from ritual and wrong thinking.

You get a lifetime to figure it all out. Some of us get it early and some right before the end of life.

It doesn't matter when it happens; just that it happens. We believers all get to heaven because of Jesus’ sacrifice plus nothing, Period. How can we not tell someone something that is so important for them to understand?

How wrong would it be for a Christian not to tell somebody about Jesus knowing that unbelievers are going to hell. As Christians we have to try to tell you.

Basically, when you understand that God is everything and you are not, you’re on the right path.

We live in the age of GRACE. This is the most opportune time in history to be alive to be able to talk to God and sense a response from Him about Jesus.

Don’t put off asking for Salvation. The devil will surely delay you. All the devil can do is hope that you put it off until it’s a second too late.

Only God can illuminate your mind to what we are saying. Only God can open you heart and mind to trust Jesus’ sacrifice PLUS NOTHING ELSE.

Romans 10:14 states “How then shall they (unsaved) call on Him whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?”

I hope you can see we Christians don't pass this information on for some kind of reward. We do it in gratitude of what we know we already have.

Do you know Him or do you know about Him? Your answer stands for the rest of eternity.

Ask God for the gift of faith. He will show you the truth about Jesus.

If some terrible thing has happened in your life, ask yourself if it was the first time you acknowledged God even though you were probably yelling at Him. God does not want bad things to happen to us, but if they do, He will use the situation to start a dialogue with you. He only wants to give you rest and peace. He really loves you. Give Him a chance to show you.

My hope and prayer is that you now understand what salvation is.

But just because you understand it, does not mean you’re saved. You still must ask God to give you the faith to believe it. Jesus plus nothing else. Ask God. He will give you the FAITH.

When that light goes on celebrate, praise God for His gift of Jesus and tell someone!!!

James 2:19 states “You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe ---and tremble.” The devil knows there is a God and has sense enough to tremble.  He knows what the book says is going to happen to him. The book also says what's going to happen to the person that doesn't believe.

“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.” Psalm 111:10 (fear = respect)

Watch for further additions to the website.

Future additions will deal with things that hold people off from calling on God. Like what about evolution? Is science the new religion of the world?

If you want to believe that given enough time a frog becomes a prince please don't call it science. Theory and fact are very different. Christians believe in science, something that is reproducible not theoretical, no problem it's science. But if people say that there is no need for God because science has all the answers, well then, they are under the influence of something. I just tell them to get over themselves.

I taught people about creation for over 20 years. The evolutionists have to keep their false gospel going or they lose their credibility. They worship at the shrines of time. Given enough time they can turn helium and hydrogen into people.
We are going to have fun revealing their lies, and I am calling them lies. Even when they are confronted with the facts they will stay on their premise, that God is not necessary.

There is no point at which a Christian can bring someone to say to him, see look at this I told you. We can't bring everyone to some realization like wow God is real. We can tell you that He is real and if you're willing to peruse Him, He will reveal Himself to you. It’s not like God shows up in your house or something; get real. But He opens your heart and mind so you sense that He is there and that He really loves you and wants you to receive His gift by faith, Jesus. He wants to see you in Heaven!

When that light goes on, (illumination) then you will praise him for the rest of your life. Don't put off asking Him for saving faith.  There is no guarantee on tomorrow.

I know you’re saying how can this be. 1Corinthians 2:14 states “but the natural man (unsaved man) cannot receive the things of God for they are foolishness to him. Neither can he know them for they are spiritually discerned.”

Try as hard as you want by your own understanding you will not see it. Grace is the GIFT of God not earned or deserved. God is not MOCKED. Come to Him through Jesus; there is no other way.

Jesus is God, Colossians 1:15-16 says “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature? For by Him all things were created, that are in heaven, and that are in the earth, visible and invisible --- all things were created by him, and for him.”

Jeremiah 29:13 says “and you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”

God Knows if you are really looking for Him. Remember he is a rewarder of those that seek Him.
